DRAGON  MMA​

​Welcome to Dragon MMA,  where we provide real life scenario martial arts instruction focusing on character development, self-defense, and physical fitness.  Since we view martial arts as an individual’s journey,  students are trained and promoted based on their own personal progress and abilities rather than getting promoted through ranks by attendance.  Our classes are designed to be age-specific to meet the varying needs of our students, who range in age from young children through adults.

We teach a traditional and combative style of Filipino martial arts called Modern Arnis, which incorporates a variety of joint locks, pressure point attacks, throws, take-downs, kicks, and strikes.  Modern Arnis emphasizes both linear and circular motions which allow our students to defend themselves on any situation.

Classes from Mon-Fri.,  5-9pm. Ages 6 years old and up! ​No long term contract required!!!
